The Vulcan Plunger features a tungsten carbide coating to make it more durable and resistant. Flaking is minimized via an automated coating process to ensure even distribution and strong adhesion to the base material.

The Endurance Packing System includes the Vulcan Plunger, which is engineered to work optimally with Endurance Packing. Working together as a unit, the system reduces friction between the plunger and seal, which decreases heat and extends the life.
